The rules for using this website. Your right to use the BEAM software is governed separately by the BEAM End User License Agreement.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, operated by Nexabase Enterprise Solutions Private Limited (“Nexabase”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
If you accept these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
These terms cover this website only. Your right to install and use the BEAM software is governed exclusively by the BEAM End User License Agreement and the applicable Order Form. Nothing on this website grants any licence to BEAM, varies the EULA, or forms part of any contract for the supply of BEAM.
Where these terms conflict with the BEAM End User License Agreement or an executed Order Form in respect of the software, those documents prevail.
You may access and use this website for lawful purposes: to learn about BEAM, to request a demonstration, to subscribe to product updates and to contact us.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to view and temporarily download pages of this site for your own internal reference. All other rights are reserved.
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
This website and its contents — including text, layout, graphics, icons, illustrations, photography, video, source code and design — are owned by Nexabase or its licensors and are protected by copyright, intellectual property and other laws and international treaty provisions.
BEAM, Nexabase and the Nexabase logo are marks of Nexabase Enterprise Solutions Private Limited. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
SAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP HANA and other SAP product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of SAP SE in Germany and other countries. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server and IBM Db2 are trademarks of their respective owners. These are used on this site for identification and compatibility purposes only. Nexabase is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by SAP SE.
When you submit a demo request, subscribe to updates or contact us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us suggestions, enhancement requests or other feedback about BEAM or this site, you grant Nexabase a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate that feedback without obligation to you, and without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.
Please do not send us confidential information, credentials or production system details through this website. Information submitted through the site is not treated as confidential unless we have a separate written agreement with you that says otherwise.
Submitting a demo request is a request for contact, not an order and not an acceptance of any offer. It creates no obligation on either party until a written agreement or Order Form is executed.
By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you about BEAM using the details you provide. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing sales@nexabase.com.
Content on this site — including performance figures, compatibility statements, prerequisites and timelines — is provided for general information. Actual results depend on your landscape, and exact prerequisites are confirmed against your systems during the demonstration.
We aim to keep this website available and its content current, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that any defect will be corrected. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexabase will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your use of this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
Liability arising in connection with the BEAM software is governed by the BEAM End User License Agreement, not by these terms.
This site may link to, or load content from, third-party websites and services. We provide those links and embeds for convenience and do not control, endorse or accept responsibility for third-party sites, their content or their privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
The third-party services currently loaded by this site are listed in our Privacy Policy.
You must comply with all applicable Indian and other applicable export-control, sanctions and trade laws in connection with this website and with BEAM, and must not access or use either where prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version number and effective date at the top of this page will change when we do, and the updated terms take effect when published. Your continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.
An updated version of these website terms does not alter the terms governing an existing paid BEAM licence.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through discussion. If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, the courts having competent territorial jurisdiction over the registered office of Nexabase Enterprise Solutions Private Limited in India will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law requiring otherwise.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure or delay in exercising a right does not waive it.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexabase concerning your use of this website.
